“We were recommended to them by friends. Really pleasantly surprised. Friendly lady took our order and it was correct. Food was still hot when got it home twenty mins later. We will probably get delivery next time. The food was delicious and this is why...in our opinion...it was not sitting in lots of sauces (each dish) it was not soggy. It was not full of monosodium glutamate. So, food tasted good and we were thirsty all night! Noodles, beansprouts and meat was crispier and not covered in sauces. Food was good portion sizes and under £20 for four dishes. Finally, premises looked clean and they are rated well for cleanliness.”

“We came here for dinner with friends and wow it was amazing! They have recently done a refurb and the place looks great. We had some platters to share, finished with chocolate orange tart, and a pear tart - both 10000/10! Would highly recommend. “This post is three decades overdue. I was born in Hackney in 1970. I lived around the corner from Well Street market until 1987 when I moved to Canada. I'm still in Canada. But I'm 99% sure that Sun On Chinese Take Away is the same store my brother use to send me to frequently to bring home food for him. It was red just like Sun On, and more or less in the same spot. I remember how much I loved the food. I still love Chinese food today, thanks to Sun On. If anyone from Sun On is reading this, can you please confirm that you are the same store that existed in the 70's and 80's.”

“This Pizza Hut team gets it right at busy times! We left another hyped up restaurant for poor service and came here last minute; we were seated promptly, had glasses for the drinks machine within seconds of ordering, food arrived in under 10 mins and was cooked perfectly to spec (I used to work at another Pizza Hut so I know!) and the servers were constantly on it, moving items out of our way, checking up on us. Great work all! I like Pizza Hut because I know what I’m getting and this was no exception:)”

“Really delicious dishes, both dine in and takeaway! The garlic chicken is the highlight, followed by a very generous pork katsu curry! I enjoyed the chicken katsu sushi rolls too, but wouldn’t get the completely fried version again probably. Will deffo go again for a hearty meal for good price”
