“I stayed here for one night only. Imagine that the place is a hotel for 200 years, but the building was built in the 15th century!! The rooms are cosy , combining the old and modern. Quiet place only disturbed by the noise of the cars passing on the bridge built over the river that lays in front of the hotel. There is hat and cold breakfast included, which is quite unique. Will surely come back one day.”

The services was spectacular, the staff were super friendly but not overbearing like a lot of restaurants can be. our food was delicious and definitely worth the money we payed. everything was clean and tidy and overall just a good experience. we will definitely be back next time we are in the area”

“We visited the Staines branch, seeking to find a suitable suit for my husband. The staff were so helpful especially Jordan, who was so patient with us, despite visiting the store at a very busy period. He advised my husband on what style to go for according to my husband’s preferences and body shape. As the store had limited stock, Jordon ordered the suit to be delivered to our home, as we had limited time. In general the staff are so helpful, the store was so tidy and organised, despite the sale. I cannot thank Jordon enough for all his help. Thank you for putting us at ease and for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. Jordon is an asset to River Island, what a lovely, patient and kind man.”

“The ambiance is amazing cozy as I was told by my lecturer, I had a assignment on TGI Fridays so googled where to find one and the nearest one was in stains very spacious and very nice place to hangout, I cheered myself with my all time favourite Guinness and a huge burger since I don’t eat much and came alone couldn’t try much but am definitely coming back with my friends to hangout , the customer service was amazing, staff very friendly thank you”

“Stayed overnight for a morning flight to LA that got delayed. The room we stayed in was lovely. Fantastic shower. Comfortable bed. Really nice building. Breakfast was continental and served at a time of our choosing (within reason). Our flight was delayed by 2 hours which was no problem at all for our transfer to the airport. 100% will stay here again.”

“This is a great place where you can spend time with your kids and enjoy a meal. You can also buy games from the screens on the table. Kids can play here for a while. Additionally, the kids’ menu includes a burger with salad and carrots, which is a great idea. The meat is also very high quality. We’re very satisfied.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.”
