“I booked the private room upstairs for my 30th birthday and had an amazing time. For starters the minimum spend was so reasonable compared to other pubs in London, making it far more affordable. The pub were super accommodating of all my requests in the lead up the event. The Head Chef Franc was amazing at helping me create a suitable menu for my guests and helped with lots of my back and forth emailing. Finally the staff were amazing on the day, so accommodating and made my day super special! Everyone still components the food- which was top quality! Would highly recommend for a private event.”

The food was delicious very good portion size no waiting around served quickly and given the time to enjoy the food and not rushed to clear the table, they do have a 2hr dining policy but not strictly enforced. It was a lovely relaxing evening and definitely worth it”

It was easily one of the best Modern British meals I’ve had in the city, even better than my experience at the 3 Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth. Everything was spot on: the breads, the beef tartare, the salmon, and the desserts (souffle and madeleines) were all beautifully executed and full of flavour. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, not overly formal, which can sometimes be the case at Michelin-starred places. The bacon risotto is absolutely delicious and easily one of the best dishes on the menu - creamy, comforting, and full of flavour. The starters could be a little stronger, but everything else more than makes up for it. The service is friendly and unhurried, and the overall vibe feels authentically Italian. “We visited Rust Bucket Pizza Co and were very impressed with the food. The pizza is some of the best I've tasted and had perfect air bubbles in the bread. We had a pizza with a burrata on it, what a treat, also a pepperoni which was delicious. The kids pizza was also very nice. The restaurant is in a covered outdoor area of the pub however the quality of pizza more than makes up for this. There is access to the pub and the pub garden with a play area. The play area and garden is only suitable for older toddlers+ due to being unkept. The service was reasonably good and the reception was very welcoming. If this setup was in a restaurant and not attached to a ropey pub I would have happily given it a five star rating.”
