“Not had treatment yet but staff are very reassuring made me feel at ease durring examination of teeth and explaining what work would need to be done on my teeth . Very nice reception staff and dentist and assisstant, I am actually looking forward to the work on my teeth starting , I have always dreaded going to dentist but I do not have this problem here , highly recommend this practice if you are a nervous person .Just had first treatment of cleaning my teeth ,I was not nervous as I have been at previous dentists , I was put at ease and it was a pain free experience, very pleased with the clean still a long way to go as havnt been to dentist for years .very pleasant dentist and nurse I have now had a root canal filling done , more deep cleaning on my receeding gums and fillings done on teeth. All pain free. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone , I couldn't be more pleased my son and family say how much better my teeth look and I am now more confident when talking to people as they are not looking at decay that was visible on my teeth .I am due more deep cleaning work on gum line. But I now have no fear of going to the dentist and have already booked my six month check up they are brilliant .”

“Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. We've Interacted with Catherine the most at reception and she's a delight, everyone else has also been lovely too! They explain things clearly as well so you know what is happening. The first time we visited it was to get Arthur chipped, there was an issue with the machine (things happen) but instead of just fobbing us off and making us come back another day, as they could have: one of the team went down to the selsdon branch to pick up the necessary wire - whilst yes we had a little wait it was way better than having to go home and get our kitten into his carrier another day!”

“One of the best experiences I have had for a long time. This particular Dr was able to prescribe the antibiotic , whilst checking the type of infection to confirm the correct medication. If it had not been correct, I would have been told to stop and take a newly prescribed one. In the past no one has bothered to check what type of infection it is when prescribing antibiotics and I have been given the same ( which did not work) or 3 different ones( one after the other). Really not good. A pleasant and positive feeling with this Dr.”
