“Don’t let the odd location fool you, as this is a great place to buy a pram. They have a good range of every type of pram, don’t rip you off, and we were welcomed warmly without an appointment. I hate pushy sales people and they left us doing our thing until we weare ready to ask some questions, to which we got every answer. The lady who helped was incredibly helpful explaining the differences and price points and we got to try out, take apart, and ride around prams until we found the perfect one! Also love their pick up service, so we don’t have to store it in our tiny flat until the baby arrives.”

“I was here on Friday 15th August and was looked after by a young guy (didn't get his name) although young, he did get my reference to a tv show from a good few years ago so not your typical Insta gen kid... He was so attentive and polite and helped me to get everything I wanted. He also arranged for stuff that wasn't in store to be delivered to my house the next day. I had my wife and toddler with me and he wasn't distracted by the noise of her (kid not wife lol) in fact he was lovely to her too, as were the other staff members. Lovely experience and lovely clothes. I'll be back in Autumn and hope he's still working there.”

“Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

“I would just like to share an exceptional experience that I had at Reiss Richmond. The service I received a couple of days ago with the manager Paulina was outstanding. I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience. Will definitely be returning with my wife as she is now jealous of my collection.”

“Advertised as Holborn but in fact a 5 min walk from Russell Square on the delightful Lambs Conduit Street, is this branch of Folk Clothing. A seemingly odd location (until you look at the other stores that surround it) they have the full Folk range of beautifully understated, casual mens clothing. And don't forget, the women's store is two doors down...”

The saleswoman Endy (hope I’m spelling this right) is a real asset to your team and was so helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. “By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. “My first time visiting this store. I came here to collect an online order and was greeted with such friendly helpful staff. I ordered two sizes of the same shoe as wasn't sure which one fits better. They allowed me to try them on straight after collection of the order in the store. Desimo helped assess which size fit my feet better. The team also helped me to process refund of the size I didnt keep. A very good experience!”
