“I have been visiting M and R barbers for at least 8 years now. Myself and my son have a re-occurring appointment with Raff or one of his skilled barbers. I have found the staff patient and accommodating with regards to my own time keeping and the temperament of my once toddler-aged son. Raff is passionate about his craft and engaging in conversation. I have enjoyed the beverages on offer during my many visits. I find the process almost automated due to the ease of picking a slot on the app and a barber waiting upon our arrival. We have regular haircuts and I have now added a beard trim to the booking. My father-in-law who lives in the north of the country still books in to see Raff during his regular visits(which is a review unto itself) There is always a smile on our faces leaving the barbers due to its relaxing environment and quality haircuts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M and R barbers to anyone in the Guildford area.”

“Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. If I ever needed physiotherapy again I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment with Joseph. Thank you so much for everything!”

“Highly recommend! I used waggy wheels for the first time today with two very untidy cavachons. Alex was very welcoming, showed me his very professional and very clean grooming room. He was very caring and calm towards my fur babies which was great as my youngest pup can get quite nervous. Alex really listened to what I asked for making sure he cut my dogs hair to my liking. My pups where returned to me very happy, looking and smelling gorgeous!! Will be back again for sure!!”

She designs everything for me & will never copy any other work. You can leave with the comfort of knowing that she will not give your designs to anyone else so you can stay unique! (This is from experience of someone requesting a tattoo of mine. She changed the design up & gave them something new & I get to keep my unique tattoo!) “Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. Her ballet is absolutely beautiful and she is loving learning pointe work. The teaching is second to none. It is so much more than just dancing though. “I believe that every experience is personal. We live in London and our son is a second-year student at Surrey University. Today, we found out that he went to A&E because he wasn't feeling well. The outcome is a severe infection, suspected meningitis. We, worried parents, drove to Guildford as soon as we found out that he was in hospital. At the moment, he is in hospital, and from his arrival at A&E to admission, the staff were terrific—very professional and caring. We could not thank them enough. When we arrived to see our child, the staff was invaluable and informative. From our previous experiences in London hospital wards over the years, it felt like VIP treatment.
