“My experience has been really great since joining the Central Uxbridge Surgery. The doctors and the team have been so helpful. Christina, in particular, has been such a friendly face and has always been so welcoming and easy to talk to. She has always listened and taken on any concerns or queries I have had and has always tried her best to find a resolve. She’s a gem and a real asset to the team! Dr. A Abas has been an incredible GP, he was the first doctor I had seen since joining the surgery and his calm, polite and warm nature really helped me feel at ease. He was also very thorough and proactive in his assistance to getting my medical issues checked and diagnosed. He was great at explaining all the information and was very friendly and helpful.”

“After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“My Son has been going to The Young Once since end of November 2024. When I saw him get off the breakfast table and walk by himself to the baby area, it was such a proud moment. He feels happy and at home there. This is the only nursery we have come across where the lovely staff has a big smile on their face at 8:00 am and same smile and enthusiasm at 6:00pm. This was so important to me. Kelly said to me you had the baby 9 months in your belly then a year of maternity and then you have to leave your baby with strangers, this nursery really gets it and gives our little humans all the love, confidence and care we wish for them. My little boy loves this place and when I ask him are you going to play with Carol. He has the biggest smile on his face and Carol is right, he can say her name now. I am so glad I visited this nursery and my little one is going to have amazing 4 years here.”

Our young rescue tabby is a very nervous cat but after dropping her off and seeing the cattery, we felt very happy that she would be very well cared for. “Truly exceptional daycare - a game changer for us! K9 Adventures was recommended by our behaviourist as one of the best in the area, and they absolutely live up to that reputation. This is the first daycare where I've felt 100% comfortable and able to truly trust my dog's care. The difference they've made to Jeff is remarkable. He was destructive and frustrated at previous daycares, but the structured environment and enrichment activities here have transformed him. He's now so much more confident and content at home too. The team are incredibly professional with excellent communication and genuinely care about each dog's wellbeing. Without K9 Adventures, I wouldn't be able to meet my work commitments while ensuring Jeff gets the exercise and stimulation he needs. Quality daycare like this is so rare. “Joe and his team are absolutely wonderful with my dog. They demonstrate a real love and understanding of all dogs. You can see it in the way that the canine customers mingle happily together either waiting their turn or waiting to be collected. Until recently, when we sadly lost one of our westies, both went to Happy Hounds on a regular basis. I always know that my dog will come home looking beautiful and not at all stressed by the experience. Early opening hours are also such a bonus. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.”

They didn’t rush the process at all and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The studio was extremely clean — a true hidden gem in Shepherd’s Bush. Highly recommended!”

“My daughter loves going to this nursery. They always welcome her with the biggest smile and make her feel special every time. My daughter has learnt so much since being there for the last year or so. She has become more confident and her breath of vocabulary has most definitely widened because of their teaching. When she comes home she is always repeating songs they sing during circle time. I would highly recommend this nursery as not only do they support the child to progress but also give really good advice to parents regarding potty training etc. Whenever I pick my daughter up I love how nicely the children play together and enjoys playing with her friends.”

“First time used this Cattery. We had 3 cats to book in whilst we were away and the cats were offered their own ‘chalet’. Paid a visit beforehand and very impressed with the set up as neat, tidy and clean. No problems with booking as we completed the detailed online booking form. Vaccinations were all checked with our vet and very professional set up. Really impressed with the cattery and Irene is obviously extremely passionate about the welfare of animals. Our cats came back to us content and happy. Will DEFINITELY use this Cattery again. Thank you!!!”

“I have two children at this school, one in Yr. 2 and the other just started Reception having attended the Nursery. Both of them throughly enjoy attending and learning in this environment and it constantly amazes me just how varied their knowledge has become. From day one (2years ago) when there were only 43 4 year olds, to this day of over 250 pupils, there has been a consistent and tenacious focus on delivering the best learning for all of its pupils. The leadership team are warm and welcoming, making themselves highly visible at the school gate and always willing to listen to parents' views or offer advice. They have set out a strong set of values and life skills which are positively reinforced across the school in a consistent way from class teacher to whole assembly. For some of these traits the children are asked to behave like a particular ' Learnasaur ' character such as the Tryasaurus who is always willing to try new things or a Sharadactyl who shares their learning resources. Both my kids have really engaged with this type of encouragement and it is commonplace to hear us talking about them at home. All the staff that have been recruited display a huge passion for delivering the best experience for the children, whether they're dinner ladies, site managers or have office roles. The teaching staff are great and display the same understated professionalism day in day out, they have embraced the opportunity this new school presents and are working well together to deliver a first class education. Mr Butler's musical influences have shown themselves many times over the last couple of years during assemblies and Nativity plays. My personal highlight was last years Year 1 performance which involved the whole year group, lasted over 40 mins and was incredible to watch, it was hard to believe we were watching 6 year olds as the performance level and engagement across the whole group was so strong and mature. Other highlights from last year included the children asking Boris Johnson some tough questions when he visited the school and the Pupils performing their 'Big Dance' at the summer fayre.”

“My 2 daughters age 5 and 4 absolutely love going to their dance classes. They have been going for a year and performed in a show in October. The teachers are really good with children and they teach different styles of dance. They also do gymnastics.”
