“What a gem!!! I foolishly booked my appointment for Friday evening instead of Saturday. Realised my mistake on Saturday afternoon. After calling them, Irma (although super busy), so graciously squeezed me in between two of her appointments. Even though pressed for time, she did not rush through washing my hair and cutting it. My hair looks amazing and I’ve been getting so many compliments. Irma is such a wonderful and talented hairdresser. I shall definitely return.
