“I've been going to Howard’s Hair Salon in Hackbridge for years, and I honestly can’t recommend Nicky enough. She has been cutting my son David’s hair since he was just 4 years old, and she always does an absolutely amazing job. Even more importantly, her patience, kindness, and calm approach with him are incredible, it really makes all the difference and puts him at ease every time. “Bruce’s is the best thing that happened for my pooch. As a single parent and a travel ridden job I was worried, post covid, about the experience I will give my young Lab, Loki. These guys are a part of Lokis extended family. Dog loving carers, plentiful of space for the pooches to engage meaningfully, care and safety taken care of on top of daily updates on pick up and drops. “Betti is an amazing dog walker. She has been taking my adopted crossed German Shepard for walks every single day since I got her. I needed someone trusted, especially since my dog arrived from another country, and I can honestly say I can not imagine anyone else looking after my Lusia. Betti is very knowledgeable, committed, and loves her job. My dog is so happy to see her every single time. She posts pictures and videos from every walk, so I can see how happy my dog is with other furry friends and what great progress she has made. You are doing a fantastic job, and I'm so happy I have found you.”

“Literally one of the best and nicest studios in London. I live in North London and travel two hours to get tattooed here. The studio makes you feel comfortable and everyone is really really friendly. The music is chill as well. They do flash days every couple of months with awesome tattoos as well. Their work is beyond incredible and I'd struggle to go anywhere else for a tattoo now.”

“I cannot recommend Hightz barbers highly enough. A genuinely nice guy, polite, friendly, has a little chat but also concentrates on the job at hand. Hightz advertise as catering for Afro-Caribbean & European hair, if you’re European and were wondering I’m white and left very happy, with an amazing skin fade! Slightly set back from the main road I must’ve driven past Hightz hundreds of times since they’ve been open, there’s parking outside and nearby so no reason not to visit. Keep up the good work and thank you.”

“I’ve been tattooed numerous times by Rosie and would recommend her to anyone. Shes amazing at what she does, easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. The studio in general has a great atmosphere, everyone is really friendly and has a relaxed vibe. I’ve been to other studios where it can feel quite intimidating walking in and Sacrament is the complete opposite. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

I usually come for my regular Hollywood waxing, and I want to highlight how consistently respectful and professional the staff have been something I truly appreciate, especially since it's such an intimate service. Although I usually dread waxing because of how personal it is, the young lady who helped me today made me feel completely at ease. She was gentle, quick, and professional, which I really appreciated.”

Despite my lack of experience in having waxed, Isabel made me feel extremely comfortable and made always checked to see if there were any stray hairs. She made me feel extremely comfortable and it’s safe to say i will definitely be coming back for other treatments with her! I highly recommend!”

“I came across this place when I worked locally for around 7 months. Although I left the job I will continue to use Union. Annabelle my stylist just understands my hair and she understood when I had appointments and I could not get there on time because I could not leave work on time! Most of the time when I defaulted on my pre booked appointments! I am very scared of having my hair cut as the previous people that cut it butchered my hair! Annabelle cut it for the first time and coloured it and wow, what an amazing stylist! My husband and family love it and that’s all I wanted… it’s so gorgeous… In all the years I have had my hair done, no one has made me go from an ugly duckling to a swan every time I visit! I trusted her guidance with cut length, style and colour and you can see why she’s top of her game at Union. The girls and owner are so lovely and real and make you feel so welcome. “This barbershop is CRAZY. Nothing like what you usually find in America. The service is absolutely top-tier. Adam gave me one of the cleanest, sharpest cuts I’ve ever had, you can tell he has a passion for what he does. Precise, professional, and chill. And big shoutout to SAM for the amazing hospitality! HE kept the good drinks flowing with some top-shelf cocktails and was incredibly generous with the whiskey, kept it going and made the whole experience feel more like a high-end lounge than just a barbershop. If you’re in the UK and want a fresh cut with a proper vibe, this is the place. 10/10. I can’t wait to go back.”
