“Went into Hotters at Kingston on Thames on Saturday 23rd November 2024 and was greeted by a really wonderful young lady called Imogen. I explained how I suffer with swollen feet and ankles and am unable to wear the many pairs of hotter shoes and boots I own. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond in helping me. She was empathic, caring, genuine and nothing was too much trouble. This member of staff is an absolute credit to Hotters, the service and trouble she took was exemplary. She sold me 1 pair of boots and I also ordered another pair in black. My feet aren't cold, I'm comfortable and I had a very touching experience with an absolutely amazing member of staff. “The store is a very well organised to begin with. The sections of the shoes and sandals and casual wear are nicely presented and there is considerable variety of quality options. The office has its own line of shoes also which are of great quality and I bought one pair for formal wear and the quality and manufacture of the product is excellent and I can say that with some credibility because I have many pairs of very good quality formal wear shoes. The staff is very helpful and kind. The store assistants are very efficient despite of it being very busy all the time. Over all I am very happy and I recommend it.”
