I have missed an urgent special delivery post today which should have arrived before 1pm today being a Thursday but the delivery office is now closed without my urgent parcel arriving on time to fulfil an urgent business need / loss of funds as a result. Please consider reverting your delivery times to finish at 2pm instead of 10am in the morning which does not leave enough time for parcels posted the previous night to arrive the next day to ensure it arrives to it's destination by 1pm [total loss of funds and resulting to unsatisfactory services to our customers in the end] .
