“Wife and I just got back from Cambodia. John Watson was brilliant from start to finish. He booked the perfect flight itinerary so that we would be travelling the least time and least amount of stop over time. We stayed at six senses which is on a private island and John was extremely diligent in his organisation to make sure that we got the boat at 1pm or we would have had to wait until 4pm for the next boat transfer. We saw other reviews that said this travel agent is a scam and I even asked John about this prior to booking but he gave me the companies house number, vat number, the atol registration number which put me at ease straight away and I paid the full amount the same night and within 30 minutes he sent the Singapore airlines e ticket and even phoned me back to get me to log in and check that the flights had been confirmed to assure me that he is 100% genuine. Would definitely recommend using them to book a complete holiday package and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“This Boots drugstore is very small, but you can find everything you might need on a whim—toiletries, some medications, healthy snacks, and plenty of chilled drinks. The prices are better than any other store in the airport, so I would recommend buying things there! There are self-checkout counters where you can get assistance if needed. The employees are quick and friendly.”

I can see every day they are working very hard to fill in all the shelves, store is always clean. All the staff members who works there over year are amazing!!! “Update in 2025: No longer VAT-free. Better off buying in France (but the stock is limited) and detaxing. Sales team were helpful and kind and were happy to explain that the tax situation changed since my previous purchase. Lots of WOCs and classic items. No beige or nude WOCs since those are often hard to find. 2018: VAT-free Chanel store at Heathrow (VAT-free if you’re a non-EU resident)! There’s another store at Terminal 5 too if you’re looking for something hard to find (I believe they will call and ask for you). Staff are helpful and professional. Was able to browse and complete a purchase of a purse within a 10 minute span or less (flight was departing soon). The saleswoman was able to get the purchase done efficiently and get me out the door to my flight.”
