“9/8/2024: I had my hair cut by Nicola today and she was amazing. It was my first time here and I brought photos of my last cut as I wanted it the same; (my usual hairdresser for 10+ years has retired from hairdressing). Nicola was brilliant all the way through. She talked through what she was doing with my hair at each stage, checking I was ok with it and was so friendly, engaging and easygoing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and talking with her was just like having a chat with a friend. Nicola also worked incredibly quickly and efficiently; (my short hair didn't need a lot off it, but nonetheless, I think it's the quickest anybody has ever cut my hair!). I was anxious about going to a salon again, and feel I really lucked out with a hairdresser who ticked all the boxes. I was so happy that I got my next haircut booked in before I left the salon; (most of the time I tend to leave it until my hair is driving me up the wall!). The rooms were clean and comfie. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh variety of food, good value for money. Overall great hotel I can recommend.”
