I noticed she even slid in and out of the doorway careful to keep the door shut as much as possible for my privacy even though there was no one sat outside. “Customer sevice on the telephone were very helpful, he was able to answer all my questions and was very supportive on the telephone. On 04/12/2023 Home service. The technician, Paul (Kennith)that arrived to fix the broken window, he was very informative and professional. He called me to let me know he was 10 mins away and before he started the work he took the time to explain what it is he will be doing and did the best job he could. no more noise from broken glass when shutting the door, the glass that had slipped inside the door panel, Paul had cleared all the glass from inside the panel as well as fixed the glass. Good as new. Pauld did a fantastic job! Thank you.”
