Leah cleansed, toned, exfoliated, used a relaxing mask and the red LED lamp which smoothed my skin. I felt super relaxed through and after the treatment and can't wait to return for regular facials!”

“I was introduced to Peter Smith from Pentagon paint Watford as the approved Jaguar paint repairer by my local jaguar dealer. Peter was an absolute gent, provided me with a quote offered some advice in relation to the insurance handling and I was put in contact with a company called AX-UK to handle my claim. Great advice. Both companies worked together for a smooth and painless repair to my car. I was met by a representative from AX at pentagon with a more than suitable hire car. The team at Pentagon checked my vehicle in while the representative from AX explained the hire vehicle ensure it I was happy with it and if I wasn’t would arrange a replacement. I have to say both businesses work very well complimenting a superb service. I was regularly kept informed by the team at Pentagon of the progress of my repair throughout. On completion date the team offered to drop my vehicle back to me as being local and collect the rental car off me as well as informing AX-uk on my behalf to collect hire car from their premises. In all an absolutely superb service from all concerned and thank you to my local Jaguar deal for introducing me to Peter. I would not hesitate to recommend Pentagon paint Watford and would certainly use both them again should I ever have to.”

“I recently got a regular pedicure at Gloss Bar, after being recommended it by a man I knew who had been going for some time (he had the Gentleman Mani and Pedi - he loved both of them). The overall service was professional, kind, and efficient. The salon was very clean, and had a minimalist feel to it. My nail tech Rita was friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. “So.... BMW X1 makes noise, doesn't change with speed, just noise and vibration through gear stick. Take to local garage, Allen & Cowser, who diagnose transfer box but not a job they wanted to undertake. Took car to several gearbox "specialists" who each diagnose something different, some will only help if I remove the gear box and deliver it, none mention transfer box. Found Motorsolve who confirmed transfer box. Got it booked in promptly, work carried out in timescale promised and within the cost quoted. Excellent and honest work carried out by professionals. Car drives like new again. Thank you to both garages for help diagnosing and repairing.”

“Popped in late Sunday morning to have a tyre looked at. Ali said it would be around 30 mins as they check all of them when on the ramp (not sure what it's called). Popped down to the coffee shop just past the lights & they were done when I got back. Finished when I returned, no issues found & the tyres were all pumped up. Nothing to pay - which is a surprise but wonderful in this day & age. Excellent service from Ali & Lopez (?), I'll be back when new tyres are needed. Thanks fellas!”

“I had my car remapped by remap kings, being an older BMW my ECU didn’t take the map. I spoke to Gerrard who was very professional and took the time to sit on the phone with me and discuss a solution and why the problem occurred (this was out of their control). Rather than force another map on the car, they thought the best option was to protect my ECU and instead offered me a refund. After the initial disappointment of my car not taking the remap, I am very happy with the customer service provided. Really great bunch of guys.”

Either they are written by people who don't like it when their car fails an MOT and they have to spend money fixing things or they are just muppet's who haven't got a good thing to say about anything. I have been using MOT Plus for many years now (for all 3 of our cars) and they have always been great. Gary and Sam are great guys, honest and very professional. Ignore the negative reviews!”
