“We popped in to look at some soft furnishings after previously visiting and having a very happy experience about two years ago.. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued.. “Never had a bad fish and chips from here. Small little shop which can get incredibly busy. Friendly chatty staff. Food always fried well. Lovely crisp but fluffy chips. Fish is always cooked well. I like how everything comes in a box and not just wrapped in polystyrene and paper. Sometimes it can be tricky looking for a parking space nearby but definitely worth trying if you've never been. Recommend!”
