“I first met Dr Amir 17 years ago when my youngest son needed extensive orthodontic treatment. It was a chance recommendation and after our first consultation I knew that I could not allow any other dentist to treat my son. He was on course to have four teeth extracted and Dr Amir was adamant that this was both unnecessary and dangerous for his future health. The teeth were never removed and as predicted, there was never any need to do so, contrary to the advice of other practitioners. There followed treatments for my other two sons, one of whom had already had the traditional train tracks, resulting in him being unable to close his jaw comfortably. The other had his teeth realigned and his palate gently altered resulting in the clearing of a long term blocked nose. Having had my wisdom teeth extracted years ago, I too had the treatment which together with the Atlasbalance has resulted in no neck pain and the miraculous disappearance of chronic lower back pain. He has an holistic approach to his patients and this combined with a desire to fix people’s health issues through his theories around cranial symmetry, make him unique. Even immediately after the procedure, I was genuinely delighted with how it looked. Surgical Experience The procedure itself went extremely smoothly. Every member of the team played their part perfectly, and the entire process ran like a smooth and well coordinated machine. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived, and the atmosphere in the treatment room was calm, reassuring, and completely organised. The procedure lasted from 0800 to 1500, and at no stage did I feel rushed. Dr. Fernando personally oversaw everything and was involved throughout the entire procedure, and the graft handling, the implantation technique, and the donor area management were all carried out with real precision. I received 1,705 grafts. This included a combination of multi hair grafts and a large number of singular grafts for the front of my hairline. Some of these single grafts were carefully split from two, three and four hair grafts extracted by one of the technicians, which shows the level of detail and effort that went into creating a soft and natural looking hairline. Team and Aftercare Every nurse and technician I interacted with was warm, skilled, and genuinely invested in my comfort. The aftercare instructions were clear, simple, and easy to follow.
