“Lee from FirmusHeat came out Monday evening to assess a leak in my flat. The leak escalated very quickly to at one point a full rain shower in my hallway. Lee was amazing and so helpful. He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. Don’t be fooled when you arrive at what seems like just a trade counter, up the stairs is one of the best bathroom showrooms I have been to. The deal maker is they are able to design the bathroom with your input and provide all the high end brand which lost loads more from the more glamorous providers.”
