My GP made a mistake and sent my prescription through to the wrong pharmacy, but the Lloyds Pharmacist was extremely helpful, explaining that I could phone the incorrect pharmacy and get them to release the prescription back to the spine so Lloyds could pick it up. They then did so and dispensed it, even though it was a minute before closing time. Recommended!”

The shop owner helped me enormously including photographing the QR code on his own phone so it worked that way and he printed the label and then took my parcel. Great service and thank you!”

    “I'm writing this review to balance out the Google reviews, because I haven't had any issues with Paragon. I opened a triple access savings account in October 2023, I had to provide some ID documents to open the account, which was quickly resolved via email. Transferring money into the account was easy, the interest rate was competitive at the time (5.25%) and transferring the money out was done according to the timeline outlined by Paragon. I have since decided to open a stocks and shares ISA before the financial year ends, I requested the money to be transferred out late Friday and had the money in my nominated account on the following Tuesday (as Monday was a bank holiday) I would use Paragon again in future if I wanted a savings account and the interest rate was competitive.”
