“I have had a mole on my back for years which really bothered me and I thought was so ugly. The NHS would not remove it so I was so glad I found Samantha at Complexshone. She made me feel so comfortable and she was really caring and professional. The treatment room was very clean and Samantha explained the process very clearly to me. She explained she could not remove the mole but she could do a treatment to reduce the mole and after the healing was complete, the mole is virtually gone. I never knew this was possible and I’m so happy with the results and would definitely go back for anything else I need.”

I was booked in with Yan, who totally exceeded my expecations - I'd come in asking for summery watermelon nails, and boy did she deliver! Quick, friendly, and very professional.
