“A very beautiful hotel. Well known for its spa, which is one of my favourites in London. Beautiful pool, great services (massages, facials etc) and high quality products. I like the bar here, and the bar snacks. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. It’s a beautiful and elegant spot.”

“I’ve stated twice at their apartments in Brixton. Great location and modern apartments. Good value for money, very clean and all the amenities were great. Good iron, fan, hairdryer. The temperature of the studio was great. The apartment was a little cool, so I sued the electric heater and it was great. The apartment I stayed had a full kitchen and washing machine and dish washer, which were super useful.”

“Great stay at Greenford Premier Inn. Lovely hotel staff - Jurrell at reception very nice. Room was lovely with a window that opened and the area surrounding the hotel has a countryside feel as there are so many trees and a nearby golf course. Really enjoyed my stay here.”

“The room was pleasant and lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect. My only issue was the shower head leaked a little, but I had a very comfortable 2 nights away. On site parking was a bonus. Thanks to Brivony with your help sorting out the parking payment. Overall a good stay, would definitely use again.”

“It was great stay over there. Liked the food as well as the atmosphere and most importantly the service. The guy named Limon from the reception was wonderful with everything. “Clean and comfortable. Busy check in but exceptionally courteous and warm welcome. Parking limited but able to get a space and simple bus link to the nearest tube - very easy for northern line & beyond. Our power in the room went out during the night - one quick call to reception and the fuse was sorted within a couple of minutes. No fuss & checked we were all ok. Happy and would gladly stay again. Didn’t have an opportunity to try the restaurant but it smelt good! Next time!”

“Absolutely a great Hotel with a great location in London. You are a few meters away from Victoria Station and this means that you are near everything that matters in London. Room are a small but cleaned every days. Bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the heat: no air conditioning and only a 'basic' floor fan that was practically useless. I suggest it for a quick trip with family or friends.”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Rusty absolutely loves his walks with Steph, Sarah and Chloe. He is quite an anxious dog but when he gets picked up he doesn’t even give me a second look before dragging Steph to the car. The team always send me pictures of him on his walks and his smile tells me how happy he is.”

“I've recently had several visits with Marta and Ahssan and had a couple of procedures (old filling replaced and an infected molar removed). Both procedures were quick and painless. The dentists seem skilled in their practice and all the staff were friendly and kind. Overall a positive experience - 5 stars.”

“I have two cats, 9 and 7yrs, who had only ever known our home. I was incredibly stressed and nervous looking for somewhere for them to live for a week whilst we were between houses. Emma at Longcroft did a great job talking at length through how they looked after their guests, reassuring me my babies would be absolutely fine. And they were! The set up is fab, the pamper options are so cute(!), and they settled in pretty quickly, especially our most anxious baby. Emma sent photo updates to reassure us and after a couple of days I stopped stressing, which was down to Emma, her team, and the fab little luxury hotel she runs. I would definitely recommend!”

“This was my first time ever to take my Joey to a cattery let alone have him be away from his home so I was really anxious about the whole thing. Booking was very easy and straightforward. On the day, I met David who was so nice and answered all my questions and put me at ease. The place itself is incredibly clean and the cats do have plenty of room to move around and stay active. I left joey for 2 weeks and during the 2 weeks whenever I'd ask for an update or pictures , David would straight away send them to me. Joey is now back home and settled in and it's as if he was never away! Thanks David so much for making this a good experience for me and Joey!!”

“I cannot recommend Beeches enough! As a dog owner, you hope that you never need to test a Kennels ability to look after your dog in a crisis but having now experienced it, you really couldn’t be in safer hands than theirs. We landed and arrived on holiday to a voicemail from Courtney breaking the news that our springer had suffered a very short seizure that morning. They already had a vet appointment made with our vet practice and reassured us that whilst our dog seemed a little subdued she was seemingly back to her normal self. They’d even had the quick thinking to video a tiny bit of it to be able to show the vet exactly what had happened. The tests had revealed nothing of concern, fingers crossed a one off event. I cannot fault their service over the next week. From the communication whilst at and after the vet appointment, moving her to a quieter kennel to reduce any stress and the regular updates and little videos of our dog happily wagging and sniffing. It was enough for us to be completely reassured that she was in great hands. Without their amazing service and support, I’m sure I would have cut short my holiday and I will always be so grateful for the love and care they showed our dog. Thank you all.”

“Our two little dogs have never stayed in kennels before and we were a bit worried about leaving them so we thought we would try them out at Two Gates. We have just picked them up this morning after their two day holiday and we needn’t have worried at all. They came back so happy and clean and we could see they had been well looked after. Graham and his wife did a great job and you can tell this isn’t just a business to them they really do care about the animals. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to any one. They are also super quick, meaning there is little disruption to our working from home day. Would thoroughly recommend.”
