“Due to a set of unfortunate circumstances, I had a mouth full of rotten hooves for teeth. I was too embarrassed to leave my house. I must have called every dentist south of Watford but stopped when I got to GM Dental in Barnet. I called and spoke to Shiva who finally got me to stop crying...she's very soothing. And she'll hum you into a state of serenity. As for Sophie in reception, she is Wonder Woman, super efficient and helpful beyond words. Then there's Nika, without hesitation the best dentist I've ever had and I've had loads. So gentle and reassuring, she is unbelievably good at her job..the encouragement is unmatched. But most importantly these ladies are lovely humans who will take care of you when you're maybe not smiling as often as you should. If you unsure or feel insecure, go and see these ladies. They've really changed my life and I can't thank them enough.”

“The Oak is a fantastic Chinese takeaway, I've never been to the restaurant itself but every time I have ordered from them it has been a fast delivery and always a friendly face. The food is exceptional and the portions are quite generous (if you're missing the Hot-Wok that closed on colney hatch lane a few years ago this is a perfect alternative). Overall great food and a lot of different menu options, highly recommend.”

“Was looking for a local sushi place that doesn't use mayo in all their sushi and decided to give this place a go after a trip to the cinema. There was plenty of choice and at an affordable price and we opted for the 28 piece maki platter which was more than enough for 2 people and cost £14 The order was made fresh and took 5-10 minutes to prepare. There was a few selection of Japanese grocery goods and snacks and I was happy to see they had sweet soy sauce which I have been unable to find at a good price The sushi was very well made and tasted great There is a minimum spend of £5 to use card”

After having a conversation over the phone with Jade I instantly felt relaxed and at ease and booked her straight away. Jade offers a home service and a organic self tanning spray. Jade arrived at my home and made me feel so comfortable with getting into my underwear and I was so incredibly happy with the results. The tan was so natural, it didn’t smell, and it just looked like I’ve been on holiday for two weeks. I had a big social media event in London so I had to look my best and Jade organic tan made me feel and look incredible. I totally recommend this amazing small business not only is Jade a lovely person she made me feel really comfortable and at ease in my own home to get down to my underwear and stand there and get sprayed which sometimes is quite daunting. I had never been to this salon before but Andrea booked me in right away. I found this place professional - they gave me a great cut - and friendly. Also - the music wasn't overly loud which is something that I find annoying in some salons. G and A is run by a very pleasant husband and wife couple. So pleased to have found them. Will go regularly from now on.”
