“I wish this was my local hub, even though it's smaller than others. It is mighty terms if the helpfulness of the team, especially the manager Claire. The baby sessions from Peep, Tots n tunes, the baby sensory room, creche and the breastfeeding support group have made a positive impact for me as a first time mum. Even the little things, like having a charger available all help. Highly recommended!”

“My son has been attending Lullabies Day Nursery since August 2022 and soon to be leaving sadly to start Reception, our settling in period was amazing and staff went above and beyond to help my son settle in who was very attached to me and took a moment to settle. The baby room staff did a great job and were on hand to also help me during the transition (which may have been harder). My son flourished in the baby room and was spoiled with so much love and care. The toddler room we really saw a larger than life personality form learning to really articulate and become independent. He was making great friendships and excited for learning from all the amazing activities. Thank god for Sunflowers as they did most of the potty training too :) soon we were ready to jump straight into preschool. My son has excelled and changed so much in this last chapter, there are new things he learns daily which we must follow at home. We are always corrected and informed that we must follow the golden rules. Butterflies not only complete assessments on a regular basis they also help share constructive feedback and work with parents to ensure our child’s needs are met and he is on the right path of his development stages. My son enjoys all aspects of the wide range of activities and group learning. The nursery have by far the biggest garden which the children LOVE, my son also eats very well there and is provided with delicious meals each week. The management team are always available to help and free for a chat, it makes me so sad to leave nursery as I have always felt safe leaving my son with such an amazing hard working team, he is always happy and has so many stories at the end of each day to highlight how amazing his day was. I always look forward to picking him up and receiving feedback. My son is a very happy and confident child, he loves his teachers and friends. We are so lucky to have had Lullabies help us during our challenging times of work / life balance, they have really played a massive hand in who my son is today, we could not have done it without them and thank you all tremendously for all your support during these amazing year. “Ruislip Stars Nurseries is a fantastic nursery that my husband and I would highly recommend. Our daughter started at Victoria Road but has now moved to the new St Mary's (on the Fairway) branch. Our daughter has attended full-time since she was ten months old and has thrived under the care and affection shown by the whole team. They have always provided the highest level of care and enabled her to achieve her full potential. Our daughter suffers from multiple severe food allergies and it is very reassuring knowing that she is being looked after by such a diligent team. Nicole is a wonderful leader and is working with a fantastic team. Our son also attended the setting during his summer holidays and had nothing but positive things to say - in fact he was a little sad when his time there came to an end! “I have been at first rung for 3 years, the staff are really nice and supportive. I have achieved a lot in the last 3 years . I completed level 1 childcare and L1 in digital media, I also achieved L1 Maths and L1 English , at the moment I am doing L2 English, and Child care work placement in the nursery, during this time I have had a great support from the Tutors , staff working in the First rung, they made me feel welcome, valued, meet my individual needs.”

“What an impressive building in the middle of the Richmond park. Commissioned in 1725 as a hunting lodge for George I, White Lodge remains part of the Crown Estate to this day and partly housing the well known The Royal Ballet School. Here a little bit of a history: A misunderstood politician John Stuart, 3rd Earl of Bute (1713–1792) was appointed Ranger of the Park by George III in 1761 and took up residence at White Lodge. In 1801, George III assigned White Lodge to Henry Addington (a middle-class Prime Minister), later Viscount Sidmouth, as a ‘grace and favour’ residence. Addington, who served as Prime Minister from 1801 to 1804, remained at the Lodge until his death in 1844. The Empress Elizabeth of Austria-Hungary (Sissi) (1837–1898) stayed at White Lodge for the hunting season in the summer of 1874. In 1881 Sir Henry Irving and Ellen Terry were guests, the famous Victorian actors, who had recently starred at the Lyceum Theatre as Hamlet and Ophelia in Shakespeare’s tragic play of Hamlet. In January 1912, the famous ballerina, Anna Pavlova, and her partner, Laurent Novikoff, performed at Richmond Theatre with the members of the Company of the Imperial Ballet, St Petersburg. Many decades later, students of The Royal Ballet School would follow in Pavlova’s footsteps, dancing each summer at Richmond Theatre during the 1970s and 1980s. On 13 August 1924, there was another royal birth at White Lodge. Prince Aleksander Pavlov Karadorevic was born to Princess Olga of Greece and Denmark and Prince Paul of Yugoslavia, in the same room as that in which Prince Edward of Wales had been born, 30 years earlier. The marriage of Mrs Reynolds Albertini and Colonel James Veitch of the Coldstream Guards was reported in the Evening News on 12 April 1950. They continued to occupy White Lodge after the war, and hosted Marshal Tito there when he came to England on a state visit, March 1953. The Foreign Office agreed to Tito’s entourage being 29 strong, but let only 12 reside with him at White Lodge. For security reasons, Tito was not accommodated in a London. During the Autumn Term of the new academic year 1955/6, the first cohort of students boarding at White Lodge had to travel to their daily lessons at the School's Colet Gardens site in Barons Court, as the Stable Block classrooms were not yet ready.”

My son joined Rainbow House at 11 months old at a time when he only wanted to be with his mum and dad. We did a gradual settling in and thanks to JoJos's patience and through various engaging activities and a lot of one to one time they built trust and a great relationship with him. My son loves going to Rainbow House and talks about Jojo and his friends constantly! They do perform miracles - he eats his lunch even on days when he eats nothing at home. At nap time he goes to sleep on his own (since his first full day) even though he has never done this at home once! After two months his vocabulary exploded with words and phrases. They are constantly doing fun activities- playing in the garden, messy play, arts and crafts - each week has a different theme. I would highly recommend Rainbow House, they have exceeded all my expectations. It's a truly magical, happy place!”

The booking system is fairly easy to use. The staff are friendly and welcoming and are always willing to help me with the twins! Would highly recommend to any parents.”
