“Anthropologie is one of my wife’s favourite stores but she’s so busy that she tends to buy online & it’s my task, as her Man Friday, to go in-store to return or exchange items. It’s always a pleasure to visit their beautiful on curated stores & they do make returns exceptionally easy & the staff are always absolutely lovely & also helpful. I guess they take pity on me as an old man burdened with an unenviable task, but to tell you the truth I enjoy it (whilst pretending not to)!”

“Driven past this shop many times and made a mental note that they stocked the larger sizes for men. Called in today to buy a black suit. I was met by nice friendly man who wasn't all fake smiles and over the top attention. I told our man what I wanted, he didn't even ask me my size, he gave me a once over then handed me a jacket to try. Although the jacket fitted, he got me to try another one which fitted like a glove. I then tried the trousers on which again fitted well. Next he sorted me a nice plain white shirt. This place is real old school, where you deal with experienced knowledgeable professionals. They have a massive range of clothing and footwear. Although I wasn't rushed at all, I was in and out in 10 minutes. For me this was an excellent experience and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality clothing, excellent service and good value for money. We should all support these wonderful independent places before they all disappear.”

I'm not a local, and was hunting for a jacket which she had so kindly helped with searching online and created an alert for when it's in stock whilst I tried on a few in store today. She went above and beyond, and was extreamly patient and kind. Although I didn't leave with anything this time, she wasn't pushy at all. I was dressed extremely casual, and could have walked out with atleast a few pieces. It was nice to see she had shown no judgement based on my age or apparel. I manage a luxury british Womenswear brand in Belgravia, and understand what top customer service is, this was most definitely up to my standard. The beds came on time the day they were expected and in great condition for the price. The only issue was when I emailed the customer service I didn’t get a response only a generic message back so if I had of had issues or wanted to change the delivery then I’d of had no way of contacting them so they definitely do need to improve this.”
