“A spacious store over two levels. Well-stocked food section, with plenty of variety to choose from. The clothes department, spread over the two floors, had a large range of styles, too. The newly-revamped cafe (tucked away on the first floor) looked relaxing. The whole store was very impressive.”

“I popped into this branch to find a jumper for my wife. As a man, I’m completely useless at choosing clothes, and nine times out of ten I get it wrong. Today, a young lady asked if she could help. She asked what my wife usually likes and picked out a few tops as suggestions. I chose one, took it home, and my wife absolutely loved it. The assistant was amazing. She introduced herself as Louise, and after speaking to my wife later, it turns out Louise has helped her in the past as well. Louise is a real credit to the Loughton branch. “I can't believe the comments on this pharmacy. We have been using it for the last 6 months and they could not be more helpful or accommodating. I'm not sure if the people running it have recently taken over from those referred to in the other reviews, but they have been unfailingly helpful with us and have liaised with the doctors surgery to ensure that my mother has has the right medication at all times and sometimes (she has been very ill) at very short notice. I would recommend them unreservedly.”
