Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. “A spacious store over two levels. Well-stocked food section, with plenty of variety to choose from. The clothes department, spread over the two floors, had a large range of styles, too. The newly-revamped cafe (tucked away on the first floor) looked relaxing. The whole store was very impressive.”

“Marks and Spencer Romford is a medium size department store in The Liberty Shopping Centre. It is very easy to access via FoodHall which is near South Street. And there is a popular cafe on the first floor. I am glad that I have found what I need to buy and self service tills are available for quick pay and go. The staff are hardworking and attentive!”

“Before moving in to West Drayton, we checked out what is available in Emporium to ensure it meets our day to day grocery needs. We were satisfied and made our decision to move in. Emporium has a variety of our regular grocery needs, from vegetables to meat to fruits. It's in walking distance from our house. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Especially Monika, Simran, Hayat all are very friendly and are doing a great job. It is true that the place can get congested often because it's so popular, however that doesn't stop us from buying from them almost every other day. Keep it up guys.”

Unfortunately, none of petrol stations give information on the quality of petrol they are selling. I believe that the price difference is based on the wuality, not a supply chain.”

“Got a suit for my son for his internship. Great value for money. They altered it to fit his size, and was ready the next day. The sales assistant was very perceptive and knew his size without asking. I’ve seen bad reviews of the place and walked in with trepidation, but what the service I received doesn’t match their Google reviews. They were very helpful, and efficient. Maybe don’t go during rush hour or busy periods.”

“Purchased a phone appropriate for an elderly person in Argos today. Moesha served me. She was the most brilliant person. Not only advising on the appropriate phone but also how to use the phone and even set it up. That goes beyond good CS! She deserves a pat on the back at the very least. I highly recommend Moesha for anything tech. It’s worth noting we ended up in Argos as Vodafone we’re less than helpful and rather dismissive. Theyre loss, I’ll be heading to St Clare Argos and Moesha for my next Smartphone.”
