His store is very well priced and fair, making sure he puts his customers first. The store also smells like the finest Oud from Dubai. “Didn't know this place existed until very recently. This is an out of the way Venue. It's based in a Beautiful and Tranquil Garden centre. Not the usual over priced TAT that most of these centres are renowned for. Really worth a visit if you're looking for Quality items and something different. Anyway back to the coffee shop. Fabulous Coffee and Hot Chocolate with a great selection of mouthwatering Cakes that I believe are home made. Such a relaxing place that I never knew existed and plenty of free parking. Next time you want a relaxing and Tranquil hour make the journey and call into this unique place at Woburn Hill you will not be disappointed believe me.”

“Job done in Staines upon Thames on 29/06/24. Richard Black came out and looked at my car and gave an honest opinion on what could be done and what needed to be done for my car to be returned at the end of a 4 year lease to incur no charges from the lease company. He fully valeted my car and sourced the correct paint to touch up a few minor scratches. The car looked amazing and when collected the agent said the car was in amazing condition and I incurred no penalties as a result so thank you.”

“Onceamonthcleaning clean my carpets twice a year, once at spring time and once in the autumn. We have a small baby who is just learning to walk and hygiene is very important to me because she is on the floor most of the time. Also cleaning my carpets extends their life! Onceamonthcleaning do a great job and use baby friendly products, which are great, my carpets are nice and clean and smell lovely and fresh once cleaned! “I’ve known Louise a long time and always been really pleased with her work. I’ve used her services on a number of occasions, and wouldn’t dream of using anybody else! Louise has created funeral sprays and special pieces (jockey hat for my horse racing grandma’s funeral) for me, as well as Mother’s Day bouquets & bouquets, centre pieces & button holes at my wedding. With 18 tables, nine bridesmaids & a bride to dress, it was a big job but Lou really took the time to understand what we wanted, the look & feel of the wedding, specific flowers we asked for and the result was just perfect! We had two home visits in the run up to the wedding before we decided on what to go with - we went with Lou’s recommendations with regards to what was in season and what would last well on the day (turned out to be hottest day of the year!) and she worked all this around the budget we had put in place. Everything was absolutely stunning on the day, arrived in plenty of time to set up despite being heavily pregnant - a true professional! Her flower & plant knowledge is immense and I really can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“We couldn't believe how our daughter has progressed with Robyn's piano lessons. After just one term she is confidently playing songs and sight reading both the treble and bass clef. Robyn has a great teaching style and has really connected with our 6 year old. I have bass guitar lessons with Robyn and she adapted her teaching style to suit me (I am not six)! I really enjoy the lessons, she teaches in such a way it doesn't feel like a chore and I am getting the most out of my bass. The end of term concerts are a great opportunity to see how the children and adults are progressing - a lovely idea, keep it up.”

“I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight. The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”

It’s the first time we have used FT Refrigeration but they will be our go to appliance vendors going forward.
