I am so happy how efficient it all was and truly would recommend. The driver took wardrobe upstairs and I was shocked it all fitted up my staircase. No fuss at all would highly recommend and it is lovely and really good quality. “I got my wedding dress from Bidaai last year and I was so, so please with the outcome! The studio had all their dresses displayed on mannequins which was so useful as I could see what the dresses looked like worn. When I saw my dress I knew it was the one but I had to make a lot of changes to make it perfect.. this completely changed the whole outfit so there was quite a lot, but the sister at the studio looked after me so well and made sure no decisions were made until I was completely satisfied. She kept me updated with pictures and videos while the dress was being made from start to finish which I know was a lot of effort from her end. I knew this is was a bit risk but I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding dress that was personalised exactly to how I wanted it! It’s been 4 months now and I still look back to my pictures and admire the lehenga and the efforts that went behind it. Thank you so much to the ladies at Bidaai, you were amazing!”

“We reserved 2 rooms and spent 2 nights over the weekend. The cost was fair, and the staff were very accommodating. They took care of the parking situation in the middle of the night. The 2 rooms were situated close together as we had requested during the booking. Additionally, the hotel's location provides easy access to the train station for commuting to London, which is great. I would definitely recommend it.”

“I was really worried about these beds after reading the reviews after I purchased however I did have a good experience. The beds came on time the day they were expected and in great condition for the price. The only issue was when I emailed the customer service I didn’t get a response only a generic message back so if I had of had issues or wanted to change the delivery then I’d of had no way of contacting them so they definitely do need to improve this.”
