The quality of the kitchen units is excellent and the quartz worktops were such good value for the quality and pattern. They offered us a look at the products before we chose and it felt as though they were always available if we needed advice or to sort something quickly. Furthermore, being local they would pop around to see how things were going and any small issues were quickly sorted. We even changed the design part way through... adding a couple more units. This too was sorted quickly and did not cause any delays. I can only see their business going from strength to strength. We would fully recommend them.”

“Kerry gave me an excellent Schwarzkopf perm including pre and post perm treatment. She did a brickwork pattern with different sizes of perm rods for lots of volume on my thin, fine hair. She finished with a great shape cut and blow dry. It was excellent value for money and she took great care to make sure she knew what I wanted. My hair is in great condition and so easy to manage and style now. I'm delighted and highly recommend Kerry for perms. Thank you Kerry.”

Small businesses invariably face logistical problems in busy periods and don’t think this was any different. Customer service from Sha was exemplary (emails and phone calls were received) and an apology video from the owner was highly appreciated.
