On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. “This is THE Harrods of London fame with a condensed selection of the big department store. I found Montblanc ® items that are more than just great pens. I also found a Ralph Lauren ® section , Canada Goose Artic wear even in summertime August. Harrods is not complete without pink Marc de champagne truffles, sweets collections, marmalades, jams, honeys, and Christmas items. This store also offers namesake china sets. What I found most exciting was the pink Harrods bear that is now property of my grand daughter. Don't worry if something you buy has wrinkles, they have a streamer right here in the store. And you can take anything home in a Harrods bag. I selected the gold one. Accessible entry and accessible venue. “We arrived around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday August 21 and left Sunday morning (August 24) to attend the international convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at Twickenham Stadium. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were clean every day of our 3-day stay. There was a fridge in our room, which was a thoughtful and unexpected additional facility which made our stay all the more manageable. TV and Wi-Fi were also available (although not widely necessary in the circumstances). Staff encouraged us to help ourselves to all of the available cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. and were prepared to cook breakfast to enable a prompt start to your day. Our wedding anniversary was on the Friday and was enhanced in no small part by the kindness of all at the Heathrow Palace. Thank you guys!”
