“Tigris food centre is one of my favourite shop in Burnt Oak. I've been coming here since 2009. The service is always great. Fruit and veg are always fresh.”

“So far this is the best Asian grocery store we have found. It's well stocked with a variety of the best brands and their live seafood selection is amazing. The lobsters are huge and they offer live Canadian dungeons crab. The also have whole suckling pigs and sell a lot of items by case/bulk. It's definitely worth the drive and you can have dim sum next door or try excellent BBQ'd meats in the cafe located inside the store.”

“Oh my gosh, this is one of my favourite Asian supermarket in London. This supermarket located in Colindale and it’s really near to where I live, so therefore I don’t have to go to Chinatown to buy any Asian ingredients for cooking. This place has different range of brands from all over Asia. The place is easy to find. All of their stocks are pretty organise and easy to be located. You can find different type of noodles here. My favourite section of this place is the pastry section. My favourite pastry is the mango pancakes and you must try it. The place is pretty clean and hygienic. The staff are super helpful and very friendly, I will definitely come back again to this place. If you live in a local area you’d be saving a lot of time to shop all of your Asian ingredients at this place.”

“Great supermarket, always easy to shop and find what I need, and use the SmartScan app. Could probably do with moving the beggar that seems to constantly be right at the exit blocking your way and hassling you for money every day.”

“Nice shop. Better than the nearby competition. One of the few places I can find "Loukanika" Sausages sugar free and Marcel Pork rinds (Scratchings) with just Pork Salt and Paprika in the ingredients. Also great for Nuts, they have a wide variety as well as lots of tropical fruit & Veg. They are open 24/7 as far as I know. I have been there at 3am after work!”

“Nearby home, is a good supermarket, only that sometimes if you go in the evening you might be unlucky to find empty shelves, but in any case you find a good variety of products and sometimes good deals . Be aware of the parking, if you drive to Lidl Edgware remember always to register your car scanning the barcode from your receipt for free parking, otherwise you will get a parking fine.”

“This is actually a really good branch of Morrisons. It looks really modern, both inside and out, and is very clean and well-maintained. It's really big, and has an impressive selection of products. There is also a cafe in-store, as well as a free customer car park. There are staffed payment tills, as well as plenty of self-service payment tills, so queues are kept fairly short. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the shelves are usually well-stocked. The shop can get very busy at times, so I find it more enjoyable to shop here in the evening, when it is much quieter. Overall, it's a good supermarket which is worth visiting.”

“I have been a loyal customer of Lidl for several years, both in the Czech Republic and internationally , Lidl consistently offers a wide range of high-quality products across multiple brands at competitive prices, making it one of my preferred grocery retailers. The store’s extensive selection and reliable service have made it a go-to for me. I have always found the staff to be friendly, professional, and attentive, and the European colleagues at the checkout are particularly welcoming. Today, I was assisted by new Jewish members at the register, and I was impressed by shes efficiency and professionalism lovely . One of my standout purchases is the Scottish Aberdeen steak, which I find to be exceptionally flavourful when prepared in the traditional manner. Overall, Lidl continues to be an excellent choice for quality and value.”

“Wow! Some people are really trolling hard on this establishment (it's okay we know where your loyalty lies). It's not unusual for the row of shops along that stretch to fear new competitors but this is somewhat unwarranted. I frequent there very often at different hours of the day and I see how the shop is run. Rows are immaculately shelved with amazing products from all over the world but mainly Iran. This is a chance to try something different my diverse community. Go ahead! The staff are attentive and while I admit that during the first few weeks they weren't staffed according to the flow of customers, they soon recruited people and are now functioning very well with great service. I asked for Fizzy water and the lady behind the counter although she and I both spoke no Polish, we managed to workout which was Fizzy and which was still. That's great service! The bakery and the freshly made Iranian bread is the great part of this shop. Just try it and you will see how fresh and with care its made. Please visit and dont let the haters put you off.”

“Nice and convenient mini supermarket in Canons Park. There isn’t any other supermarket close by so this is really a little oasis otherwise I’d have to trudge to Sainsbury’s Edgware every time I ran out of mushrooms or milk etc. It can get a little busy around 5-6pm when the workers have finished work but there are three self-service machines on top of the human cashier. They have a nice selection of things you might fancy. It’s not very extensive because it’s only a mini Tesco. It’s really best for the necessities or bits and pieces. For the full and proper shop you would need to go further out. The staff are fine even if the security guard keeps a close eye on me more than I would like because I came dressed in my pyjamas but hey if you dress like an oddball do expect to get treated like one.
