“We are a small family with 2 small children and sold our 2 bed flat through the estate agents Hunters in Carshalton. I had some bad experience previously with a few property agents where they didnt provide any personal experience and didnt work with us to achieve our goals . With Hunters it was the complete opposite. Fleur came to do the valuation and straightaway we knew she was the one we wanted to handle our sale. Once hired, Ceejay dealt with the viewings and day to day communication. Both Ceejay and Fleur were extremely helpful, proactive and gave us that personal touch which we needed. We had a few issues in the process as were also buying a house and were in a chain. But Hunters always were on our side supporting us in critical decisions, suggesting the next steps and chasing the other agents and solictors. They made the process smooth and easy for us by taking away the hassle and making sure the right outcomes were achieved at every stage. The whole process took about 8 months because of some issues higher up in the chain but with Hunters support we managed to sell our flat and move in to the house we wanted! Till the very end both Ceejay and Fleur made sure that we were informed of everything happening around us. They as a team kept each other always informed of the situation and made sure that our sale completed successfully. We are very grateful that we chose them and would recommend anyone locally to hire them as their agents, they will not disappoint - thank you :)”

“Yesterday my son who is 5, who has autism and is non-verbal had a dental operation which went very well however, it was the care that was so amazing by the nurses, receptionist and the doctors. I couldn’t thank them enough, his mum was very nervous reassured her and made her feel comfortable, l the nurses understood that my son had sensory issues and made him feel comfortable, happy and didn’t try to put him through too much. showing him visuals of what they were doing before actually doing it ie putting cream on him and bandages. The doctors were great, Anaesthesiologist was great at explaining and open to questions. The doctor checking him before we were discharged was also fantastic and informative as well as you could sense again she cared and was a mother herself. They cared about his wellbeing and they did it with a smile.”

“Well, what an experience. There is a very long wait and process to be seen, assessed and treated. I spent nearly 8 hours there. The queue started when I was trying to park in the visitor's car park. It takes a couple of hours before a nurse sees you and takes your blood pressure, pulse and temperature. Then another couple of hours later, a nurse takes some blood samples. Then it's another 2 hours before the results return. You are then seen by a doctor who discusses your situation and possible treatments or further investigations. There are a lot of patients there, all with their own problems and issues, all in need of urgent treatment. So, in the end, the wait is worth it as you get seen and your treatment can begin. I was given antibiotics and asked to return for a scan. The staff, nurses and doctors are very helpful and friendly. Next time, I will park nearby and walk as had to pay £20 for the car park.”
