“Liam was totally brilliant! He smiled, he chatted and he was genuine. He clearly knew his stuff, and carried out my battery replacement quickly and efficiently. He delivered 5* service from the moment I arrived. However, as a Health & Safety specialist, I would suggest Halfords look at providing their employees with some sort of manual handling lifting aid, to assist with the battery lifting process. Currently it involves; lifting, leaning and twisting, which will lead to long term spine issues.”

“I've been to this store a handful of times, sometimes to buy something, sometimes to leave batteries or small electronics. The recycling basket is right at the end of the store and usually there's nobody there. I think the store is a bit short-staffed, you sometimes have to wait a good few minutes if you need help. However, the staff that is there has always been friendly and helpful to me. The store also has a good range of products”
