“I can’t say much on the atmosphere as we’ve only ordered takeaway. Food and service is always good. The delivery does take time to come BUT it’s always hot and super delicious when it does so no complaints, just worth being aware that it can take time but it’s totally worth it. Their food is impressive, I really enjoy it and so does my partner too. We love their samosa pops and I’m obsessed with their Mumbai Garlic curry - such a good amount of flavour and heat. “Have ordered from here a few times now, always really good food. Only slight compliant it that they often don't always stick to the predicted delivery time on just eat - once was really early (fine if you're in the house but if you were ordering on your way home or popped out it might not be) and the most recent time was late. Will keep ordering from here though as the food has been consistently great”

“I have used the Chinese shop for a while now, at the beginning the food was ok however over the last 4 times I’ve ordered the food has been amazing I think maybe under new management. “Was in Croydon for the day, googled for a work friendly cafe and found this gem. Great atmosphere but even better service and friendly staff, the jacket potato packed way more than I bargained for, for £5 for a chilli con-carne and cheese and £2.30 for an Americano. If you’re in the area and need to work make sure to get down here, it’s perfect.”

“Visited for the Japanese cheesecake initially and to introduce a friend to this place as they are more local than me. Loved the selection of hot/cold drinks. Sat in even shared a table with other visitors which I thought was so nice and brought back the good times where people actually converse! Carrot cake was divine it was moist and tasty. Was there so long sat to near closing time! The basement has a really nice ambience to it aswell I'd come back again.”

“We ordered Uber eats today from this place for the first time, and we were really impressed with the food quality and the size of the proportions. Together with the 2 English breakfasts we ordered 2 bacon baguettes, and because they didn't have baguettes bread, they sent it over 2 bacon buns for each one of us, which was very thoughtful and kind of them. “lovely staff and good amount of seating area. i had the cinnamon roll more than once it was very nice! not everyone can perfect the roll but it suited my preference for it well. there’s an upstairs with a lighter environment great for doing work and a downstairs area which is a bit moodier but a nice place to read books just depending on your preference.”
