“Came here recently to purchase a particular ring. The lady that served us was so lovely and helpful. I got the impression she hadn't been working there long but that didn't matter because her demeanor, customer service, open body language and enthusiasm put us at ease as soon as she began serving us. I hope she sees this and feels proud. She was the black lady with the short hair. The other ladies in the shop seemed like they didn't want to be there. I hope she gets commission on her sales.”

Kind and nice and simple what more could u want Don’t believe the negative comments if I was you. From a customers perspective I’ll give it a 10 out of 10 compared to other Argoses I have been to. “I came into Romford store yesterday with a voucher and wasn’t sure what I wanted at first and either how much was on my voucher. The two girls that was working was very helpful. Nadine checked how much was on my voucher and proceeded to help me look. Once I found what I wanted she let me try it on the ring and then processed to check out. She was very welcoming and very helpful and was talking to me which was nice.”
