“My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! I booked as someone I knew recommended Spoilt Rotten and now I will also be recommending to anyone in need of a groomers :)”

But what's more important is they save me £100's in repair people call out fees by just telling me what I need to do to fix stuff in / outside my house. I rang them up after i received my email regarding booking my latest Jaguar car for service soon. last time they did my old car service and was very happy with there service and professionalism, but I had to do long journey to midlands this time before booking my car in for service. I spoke to kush on the phone because I was abit worried about oil level on the car, has I topped up 3 litres recently has oil was very low. He said bring the car in before you go next day we do quick health check and check all the levels on car before your trip to midlands. They checked the car topped up abit more oil and was ready to go. Now my car will be booked in for some TLC in a few days get full service done can’t wait….”

“I got my hair coloured by Farah back in October, and she did a fantastic job- she took time to understand exactly what i wanted then explained the process she would take to get me to the desired colour without damaging my hair too much. She was, and always is when i go in to get my hair done, very friendly and ensured i was happy and comfortable throughout. The colour she has applied has also stayed in very well- she warned me that due to going for a bright colour, it may fade quickly, however it has been a couple of months and the colours are still very bright for the most part.”

I have short hair and I go for a fade with a scissor cut on the top as well as a beard trim & shape up. The barbers are all able to do this very well. Wait times are typically short. I would recommend for any guys in the area.”
