“I popped in here for the first time last Friday and had a pint of porter which was lovely. Excellent service with my beer brought to my table.”

“A new exciting lebanese place has open on Romford Road, East London. They have a private dinning area downstairs. The shop floor had seating for about 25 people, a further 30 people in the basement and also an outdoor seating area for 10. On a nice sunny day, you can enjoy the sun beaming with a lovely tasty meal and nice range of mojitos. They do shisha here too, so it is nice to relax in the evening on the front decking. My personal favourites are the grilled jumbo halloumi cheese and hummus for starters. Lamb Shawarma platter with chips or spicy potatoes and salad for mains. Some grilled wings for good measure. A strawberry mojito to finish it off. Very friendly staff, nice family atmosphere and good music from Amr Diab. Waqas, the owner is a real gentlemen. He has created a lovely halal restaurant, you will enjoy your time here. Salim Patel”

The bagel was perfectly toasted, the bacon and sausage were full of flavor, and the egg was fluffy and fresh. The hash brown added the perfect crunch. Everything tasted hot, fresh, and made to order. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. Quick service and friendly staff were the cherry on top. If you’re craving a hearty, satisfying breakfast, this place is a must!”

“I used to go to Century when it was under its old management. It's still a great place and the food has had its moments but I really do feel that now it's found its balance and the food is really good! Don't change anything food wise! You guys nailed it. It's definitely a great place to take the family and a nice venue to watch cricket too! The staff are very friendly and welcoming! If your not sure, please just give it a go at least. It's normally not too busy and a great place to chill and have a few beers. The mixed grill is a great place to start!”

“Had such a great experience at The Rabbits Pub thanks to Laura! She was super friendly, welcoming, and made us feel looked after the whole time. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing everything ran so smoothly, and she handled things with total confidence. She’s got real manager vibes very organised, professional, and still manages to keep things relaxed. It’s rare to get service that feels both personal and professional at the same time, but Laura absolutely nailed it. “Hands down the best spot in Romford, tucked away on the far side of the market, this little gem is a generational family run cafe, I had a sausage egg and bacon sandwich taken away, it was foodgasmic the bacon was thick back bacon with a light smoke, the egg was runny the sausage was good quality and the crusty English bread was fresh and nourishing slavered in butter and brown sauce. I have been here a few times and think it’s great, and the tea is a good blend with a strong colour just the way I like it not milky and served in a proper cup not those fancy coffee dish’s. Keep up the good work guys.”

Celebrated a family birthday and had a wonderful afternoon- had a few of the Sunday roasts which were lovely and lemon sole, soup and steaks were very tasty. And they served the gin properly.”

“We had Sisi serve me and my partner and he is definitely the person you want making your cocktails or for entertainment. He made sure we was seated somewhere suitable for our needs and made sure we was comfortable no matter what. When he found out it’s my birthday he came out with a sprinkler. The food is not only affordable but also tasty. Me and my partner enjoyed the wagyu burger best. I would 100% recommend and 100% will be returning.”

“Went to Liberty Bell yesterday evening to meet with some friends. Met by Bailey who had served us on a previous occasion. A lovely, cheerful young man who has great banter with his customers. The food was good but it was Bailey who made our experience more enjoyable and i would be happy to return . He obviously had many tables to juggle but did it with great efficiency. Our order taken and food and drink delivered in a reasonable time. Plates cleared and a decent time allowed between mains and dessert. All made a very enjoyable evening.”
