At the start of this year I pulled the trigger and did some taster sessions at Studio K and never looked back. All the instructors and members are so welcoming and friendly. A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing). By that I mean not really welcoming, unfriendly people, too much egos etc. Also when I’ve tried other clubs, the teaching was all over the place and don’t really follow any real structure or program. I found the classes at the Khalid Ismail Academy to be very structured and well taught. Very friendly members who are very willing to help and encourage you. For me it’s the best club I’ve trained at. I would highly recommend the club for all ages. Khalid has years of experience in MMA which you can see with the teaching and his portfolio of people he has trained and coached.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. I learnt to ski as a beginner many years ago here. It's a great place to revise skiing skills in preparation for a holiday. There is a beginner and advanced slope. I think that the recreational skiing rate is very reasonable. The facilities do look a bit tired but they're functional and work! I liked the fact that they had an electronic calendar which meant you could change your booking last minute.”
