“I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”

“I had a great experience yesterday. I went to the A&E and was sent within 10 min to be assessed by a nurse and have an x-ray taken. I waited roughly 20 min for both things. Once diagnosed, I was sent to get a plaster, for which I had to wait 15 min. All the staff was incredible and efficient. Big shoutout to them.”
