“Pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely and even though the room I booked was not air conditioned l, it was quite cool! 10 minute walk to South Harrow station which is served by the Piccadilly Line and a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill for the Metropolitan Line. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and buses are extremely frequent, every 5 to 8 minutes.”

“Used this company through Benchmark Travel for our honeymoon. Really impressed with our numerous drivers and trucks we went in. Had so great experience from the moment we were picked up from the airport and then returned back there before flying home. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, good drivers, punctual and great customer service. Only criticism- we were encouraged by our driver to go to a local shopping area he wanted to take us to to kill some time before our next activity. He mentioned how we should buy lots. When we got there the selling was very pushed and quite intimidating. We didn't enjoy this experience.”
