The taxi was clean and purposely built so there was a partition between myself and the driver which was absolutely essential as I needed to be socially distanced before my COVID swab. “Even though you get a little less these days with the noodles and especially when you choose the same item twice in your deal its still really good tasting food. The no beef teriyaki and the little chicken chunks were really good and tasty. Always really nice. Just needed to remember to ask if customer has the app rather than being distracted trying to call someone you want from across the room. Apart from that always good service and helpful with advice and knowledge when ordering.”

“What an awesome experience. The telephone booking was easy to understand and to arrange. The travel clinic nurse was amazing. She administered the vaccine like a pro. The needle felt like a soft touch, even to a small child. After that, everyone was smiling, not a tear. She was so patient and gentle, and the child was in and out in no time. I can't believe it was over so quickly. We are so grateful for her help. She explained in detail why the vaccine was needed and even other countries that require the same vaccine. The most valuable info she gave was that if we lost the vaccine certification it can be reprinted at any other super drug clinic nationwide for a nominal fee. She explained the payment process and accommodated me when I had to pay cash only.”

“Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . Breakfast was very nice , good quality sausages and lots of cereals, pastries. Would stay here again . Basic but had everything we needed”

“I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Point A Hotel Kings Cross—and especially with Clara—deserves every bit of praise. Back in May 2025, I had to cancel my long-awaited trip to London due to a heartbreaking emergency: my cat was suddenly hospitalized. I cancelled the trip to stay by her side but my reservation was made via agoda under a non-refundable policy, Clara, with incredible compassion and dedication, went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness really meant a lot to us especially both emotionally and practically. Thankfully, my cat made a full recovery in September 2025, and we were finally able to visit London and stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure (a small detail, but it makes a big difference!). Breakfast was a delight each morning and it is free! Lovely pastries, croissants, and a selection of fruits and yogurts that made starting the day feel indulgent. Clara, thank you again for your warmth, your patience, and your passion for helping guests. Point A Hotel is lucky to have you—and so were we. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.”

Even as we were waiting for confirmation she put our phone on charge. Carlos helped us with nearby options for activities. We enjoyed the chat and our room was better than expected.
