The customer service was exemplary, and involved multiple updates, including follow up communication which was always provided to me as promised so I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. The shoes arrived to me in the US well ahead of the anticipated date, and in plenty of time to accommodate my event date. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and cannot wait to order another color! I’ve read the Rebecca heel runs slightly large, but I am a true US 8.5 and I ordered the 38.5 and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend!”
