Instincts, the car was booked immediately, i was told it will be two week maximum, I personally delivered the car even though it was 2 hrs away two weeks after im so happy I did , I run a small car sales of 28 cars and ive never ever seen such professionalism, calling the mechanics is a insult' these guy are top notch engineers and what they dont know is not worth knowing, i seen these people working in an Immaculate garage / Immaculate working clothes, How can these people not get oily? Harvey was a lovely, approachable gentleman who returned my car on front desk, and the customers in front of me were delighted to have their tyre replaced at short notice. Finally a trustworthy garage, you have a new customer! See you again when my service is due! Previously at another garage in Cranham they failed my previous car on its MOT and told me I had to replace all four tyres at inflated prices when the treads on all tyres ranged between 3 & 5mm’s & Halfords in Romford failed two of our family cars for the same thing (on the lights being at the wrong angle) which they allegedly adjusted without asking for £12! So always skeptical when trusting garages. It’s a relief to finally find one I can, so thank you!”

Within half an hour of my call, someone had come and collected my car. Although in the end the fault disappeared spontaneously, the garage suggested they keep the car overnight to make sure everything was OK. Everybody I dealt with was polite and helpful. I will never take my car anywhere else. I would thoroughly recommend. It is so great to finally find a garage you can trust.
