My first encounter was a year ago, when I needed my qualification as a vet from University of Bristol confirmed and apostilled in order to submit them to the health authorities in Italy, Because of very complicated bureaucracy in Italy, I had to repeat the exercise a few months ago. Notary Stone was super- efficient in terms of speed of achieving this goal, has kindly given me a reduction in her fee because of having to "suffer the Italian ways" twice, although it had nothing to do with her, was available for questions at all ours of the day and night, and gave me the feeling I was her only client, although from reading testimonials in Google, this could not have been further from the truth. “What a find. This Company is a gem, did not disappoint, our Neff oven stopped working. It was a Saturday and we didn’t expect any response when we called. To our surprise we had a call out within a couple of hours. Engineer called Daniel came and accessed the problem, he was extremely professional and once he found the fault, he explained everything and a part had to be ordered. Communication was great, we had a call telling us when they were coming back, it was a couple of days as the weekend was in between. Daniel came back to finish the repair. Such a relief to find this company and so refreshing to have some faith and confidence restored when using a company for the first time, you never really know who or what you’re going to get! I had all the support I needed for aftercare which is always a concern as some places take your money and say goodbye.
