“Great South Indian restaurant in Tooting. I’ve eaten here about five times and never had a bad meal. The masala dosa there is awesome. I went for the Cochin prawn curry for my main with pilau rice. It was very tasty. Not too spicy either, packed full of flavour and nice hint of tamarind. Had a 600ml cobra which was good value. Service was quick and polite. Felt well looked after. It was relatively quiet when I went but it can get busy so make sure you book. I will definitely go back. Food is really good here.”

The team is welcoming and super knowledgeable about the dishes. The food is flavoursome and definitely quench your hunger. Great value for money. We had the Christmas set menu (dumplings and baos with a twist) and supplemented with some more small plates (so much food) and had drinks and dessert for £96 with service charge (that is well deserved). We will surely return to try more dishes!”

“Great pub with excellent range. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The lady who runs the pub is an exceptional host, who makes everyone feel very welcome and at home. Food is excellent - the roasts especially. The roasts are flavoursome, well seasoned, plentiful and excellent value for money. I can't recommend enough. Prawn cocktail was also gorgeous. “Hotel: It was not bad for just a night sleep equipped with tea set and kettle for a morning tea. Can do with little bit more effort on cleanliness as did find a few areas that were missed. Restaurant: very welcoming atmosphere, nice decoration, Lovely staff, very well mannered. Food was excellently delicious. Fish curry , butter chicken and everything else was absolutely delicious. Harri was very kind and very welcoming. Harri helped us understand the dishes and got us what we wanted without any hassle. They were kind to us and we were kind to them . I would definitely recommend this place and don't forget to try their food. When it comes to parking , let the staff know and also the next morning you need to let them know so they put it on there log book.”

The kitchenware and utensils are best to get during their Blue Cross sales days especially after the festive season and Spring sales. The store has 2 floors for home and kitchenware including home furniture. I like browsing through the store for on sale items or for gifts. For those who don't like hunting for bargains, this is a good place to shop. Customer service is good but there is often a queue for the tills.”

Everyone from the waiters to the managers had such friendly and professional attitudes — you could tell they genuinely cared about making the event special. The food was a delightful mix of Pakistani and Indian dishes, and guests couldn’t stop praising it. Plenty of space for dancing and entertainment, and the parking area was huge. My favorite dish is the Mutton Chukka with Parotta and gravy – it’s a must-try. You won’t be disappointed! The food portions are generous and well worth the money. Plus, parking is free after 7 PM.
