    Jazzy's Grill - Welling

    ★★★★★ 4.9
    Closed

“Absolutely lovely hospitality and service. From the food to the gentleman behind the order. Everything was tip top. Delicious Turkish cuisine for a very very reasonable price. It's one of those restaurants where you think "what should I order next time", not "will I order next time". Food was very homely and delivery was really quick. Most local restaurants I will always have a little issue as something might be missing or not cooked right. This has been the only place in a very long time where everything was delicately checked, cooked and prepped to an exceptional standard. If I could I would give this place 10* Very impressed.”

“Amazing from start to finish. Greeted at the door, shown to the table, the decor is stunning, the staff are all so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious very good portion size no waiting around served quickly and given the time to enjoy the food and not rushed to clear the table, they do have a 2hr dining policy but not strictly enforced. It was a lovely relaxing evening and definitely worth it”

“Best place for a curry - by a country mile! We have never had a meal that we didn't find exceptional, there are good reasons why this place has won so many awards and enjoys michelin star status, the staff are excellent and the menu choices and quality match that level and then some. The chefs recommendations part of the Menu never fails to meet high standards and there ars plenty of other options throughout the menu too.”

    Furniture Village Tunbridge Wells

    ★★★★☆ 4.5
    Open

“This was my first experience in a Furniture Village and I was very impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and not pushy like you get in other furniture shops. I’d like to particularly mention the black gentleman in the sharpe suite with glasses (whose name I’ve forgotten) and Richard Hutchins. Their attention to detail and customer service was brilliant. We decided to purchase a sofa from another store based on price but we wanted to acknowledge their good work - thankyou.”

“Michelin-star level customer service and beyond. The food was absolutely incredible, and the short wait time made the experience even better. The staff went above and beyond — from helping us choose our dishes to ensuring we felt looked after every moment we were there. From the moment we stepped in until the second we left, the service was flawless. This is hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received, and the food matched that excellence. Thank you so much!”

“Thank you Winter Bear for beautifully restoring a vintage chest of drawers. Sofie and Will helped with identifying good deals on ebay. Their communication has been fantastic throughout. They also created a colour board so that I could choose the perfect colour. The job took about 2 to 3 weeks which involved painting and changing handles. I will definitely be asking Winter Bear to help with any future projects.”

“We have used Creed Miles several times now at our Surrey based office to include carpeting, new chairs, decorating and fire wall partitioning. On each occasion the Sales & project Manager, Nick Hunter and all of the Creed Miles Team have been helpful, supportive and quick to respond. Always good with alternative suggestions or ideas to counteract a challenge. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nick or anyone from the Team. Great service all round.”

“Just had new wardrobe doors fitted today. To say that I am happy, would be an under statement as I can’t stop looking at them and have sent photographs to just about everyone I know! I would recommend Priest Furniture to anyone and everyone. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My doors were fitted by Lee and Dan. They were very respectful and courteous and their work is second to none as they are both consummate professionals. Thank you boys. I look forward to engaging Priest Furniture again on future projects. Beverley Ramsey”

    Addis Vegan Kitchen

    ★★★★★ 4.9
    Open

“I found this little place almost by chance-and I just LOVED it. The food was amazing (price was also very low and portions enormous!), the perfect balance between spice and sour (I had their fermented flat bread with 3 different daals and 2 veggie sides). The owner is the sweetest person ever and it is more than clear that this is not a job for him, but a passion. The place is tiny (which is a pro-makes it cozier!) and super welcoming, with decor that makes you truly feel jumping into the Ethiopian culture! They offered me their typical spice tea: a must have! Just a very lovely experience, absolutely recommended if you love simple and authentic things.”

“Really glad I stumbled on this shop! A nice little corner shop nestled away from the pandemonium of Kings Cross station. Beautifully made schnitzel sandwiches and salads and super friendly staff. The deli has an arrangement of food that suits lunch time. Take away or eat there on one of the tables out the front. I had a pesto schnitzel pasta salad, the pesto was delicious and tasted home made.”

    Freedom Caffe' Tearoom

    ★★★★★ 4.9
    Open

“I've only ever driven through Cheam before my visit yesterday, a trip by public transport (tram and train) from Croydon specifically to visit the Whitehall museum, housed in a grade II* listed former domestic dwelling dating from before the reign of Henry VIII. While the museum is an important place of reference for local history, geared more towards children than adults, it also houses the excellent Freedom Caffe' tearoom. The restrictions imposed by such an old, historic house may mean they can't use a normal commercial coffee machine but the range of soft drinks is impressive and more importantly, the vegan options for lunch are delicious. I highly recommend both the vegan sausage roll with salad and the vegan Greek. Then there are the cakes... The only vegan option on the day was a chocolate pear and apple cake but it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly and the food reasonably priced. I also noted the fresh pasta preparation. There's more to Cheam than the museum but whatever else you're doing it's well worth making sure you visit the Freedom Caffe' for a drink and a bite to eat.”

“104 Restaurant by Richard Wilkins is very small (max 16 covers) but, for me, is a perfect restaurant. The food is outstanding (as good as any Michelin starred restaurant). The service was excellent, friendly and informative and there was a lovely ambience where you could enjoy the food, wine and your friends/family. I couldn't recommend it more highly!”

    Trinity

    ★★★★★ 4.8
    Closed

“Few meals in London have impressed me as much as my lunch at Trinity. It was easily one of the best Modern British meals I’ve had in the city, even better than my experience at the 3 Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth. Everything was spot on: the breads, the beef tartare, the salmon, and the desserts (souffle and madeleines) were all beautifully executed and full of flavour. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, not overly formal, which can sometimes be the case at Michelin-starred places. You can really see the care and skill that goes into every part of the experience. A truly memorable meal! Thank you, Trinity. I’ll definitely be back.”
