The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! I went in on Monday asking for sleeves to be added to my dress and asked if it was possible to pick it up on the Wednesday of the same week and Tatiana kindly said she would do her best. Not only did was the dress ready to pick up a day earlier (Tuesday) but the sleeves are absolutely beautiful and exactly how I imagined!! Thank you so much!”

I shared my size and preferences, and was able to pick up two perfect abayas - very good quality, very reasonably priced the next morning, before flying.
