“The staff were very helpful and nice! The room was smaller than I expected, but it was clean. I really liked that the room had a tiny fridge and an electric water heater. The location is great! Close to Edgware road station, which allowed me to go to several touristic places easily. The restaurant options around the hotel are very diverse and I really enjoyed having close by foods from so many different cultures.”

She listened to what we did & didn’t want, and produced the perfect plan, attention to detail impeccable. Perceptive & empathetic, she made suggestions which cleverly matched our tastes but also pushed us slightly out of our comfort zone - but she was absolutely right to do so. She said from the get go that we we had the room of the wow factor and our new kitchen would match, if not trump, the space. And she was right. I would also like to take this opportunity in saying that all of the people she works with - installer, plumber, electrician - are first class too. Resourceful, mindful, and just genuinely nice people. The whole project went like clockwork, Vivienne was always on hand to oversee everything & to answer any and all questions. “These guys were amazing from the showroom to delivery. Personalised, understanding, attentive, respectful, kind, helpful. Went above and beyond in the showroom- putting the mattress we wanted to test on the style of bed frame we have at home to simulate the firmness. We missed a special offer for a free mattress protector and duvet but they called us to say they had managed to get us the items anyway. Then on delivery- realizing I had 3 broken slats on the bed, they helped me cut down some spares to fit. Absolutely amazing faultless service. I would highly recommend Bensons.”

The portion of the meal was so full that we finally packed almost half of it back to the hotel to eat (the packing box is free!) The clerks are friendly. The food is served very quickly.
