“We’ve had a positive experience with this practice so far. In particular, Dr Mateus is excellent - very attentive, knowledgable and explains things well. We’ve always been able to get same day (and sometimes same hour!) appointments at this practice when needed - no queues to get through on the phone. The receptionists are lovely and helpful and it’s nice that they know your dog by name!”

“I don’t really know what all the bad reviews are about. I’ve never had an issue with this surgery since 2020. Every time I have needed an appointment, they have given me one for the same week, even the same day. The doctor is nice and helpful, addresses all concerns. I had blood tests today by the nurse and she was very kind and understanding, she reassured me and distracted me as I am not good with blood. Reception staff are nice and helpful as-well. Also anytime I have needed a prescription, it has been sent over to my nominated pharmacy within 24 hours. No complaints from me.”
