“Love it...but the lifts are a constant problem! Why not fix them ALL at once and save on call-out costs. Lovely friendly staff and a good layout! Also...could you pay me for working there when I'm forced to scan my own shopping? You need to put an option for an hourly rate so i can get paid accordingly. I dont like shopping so im pretty quick! I can give you my bank details but I'll need some sort of induction and I feel like I'll get taxed heavily for having a second job! What can we,as a team do about this? “Popped into Costa in Cheam around 1 PM on a Monday, thinking I’d enjoy a peaceful coffee break. Joke’s on me — the place was buzzing like it was Black Friday at a coffee convention. Every table was kidnapped by caffeine enthusiasts, so I surrendered to fate and ordered a cappuccino to-go. Now, here’s the plot twist: despite being a foreigner with "I’m clearly not from around here" vibes, the staff treated me like I was the Queen’s long-lost cousin. Super friendly, lightning-fast service, and a cappuccino so good it made me momentarily forget I was standing awkwardly next to a recycling bin. Five stars — would definitely brave the crowd again for that kind of hospitality (and caffeine)!”

“Well, what an experience. There is a very long wait and process to be seen, assessed and treated. I spent nearly 8 hours there. The queue started when I was trying to park in the visitor's car park. It takes a couple of hours before a nurse sees you and takes your blood pressure, pulse and temperature. Then another couple of hours later, a nurse takes some blood samples. Then it's another 2 hours before the results return. You are then seen by a doctor who discusses your situation and possible treatments or further investigations. There are a lot of patients there, all with their own problems and issues, all in need of urgent treatment. So, in the end, the wait is worth it as you get seen and your treatment can begin. I was given antibiotics and asked to return for a scan. The staff, nurses and doctors are very helpful and friendly. Next time, I will park nearby and walk as had to pay £20 for the car park.”
